When cooking, more often than not, I try to find ways to make it healthier. I’ll use lean meats, reduced calorie options, lower sodium, and alternatives, like cauliflower rice. When making cheesecake, however, I do not attempt to find alternatives to the full fat options. One time my husband and I tried to make a reduced-calorie cheesecake.
