    My senior year of college, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Europe. My family has a lot of Greek heritage, so a trip to Greece was definitely on my bucket list during my travels. I can still easily picture myself sitting outside a cafĂ© eating Baklava. The fresh, Mediterranean cuisine of traditional Greek dishes is something I continue to gravitate towards.
