My husband loves the Samoa Girl Scout cookie. A few years ago for his birthday, I searched out the perfect dessert and ended up making him this amazing Samoa cookie pie! We decided to make it again this year for Pi Day (3/14). This pie is dangerously good. Dangerous because it tastes delicious AND it comes together so easily.
